Kit Consulting is an aid program for companies, designed to facilitate the hiring of specialized and personalized digital consulting services.
This program, promoted by the Government of Spain and managed by Red.es, an entity linked to the Ministry of Digital Transformation and Public Function through the Secretary of State for Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence and financed through NextGeneration EU funds that is part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, aims to help companies with between 10 and 249 employees to advance in their digitalization process .

Requirements
Being an SME or self-employed
Companies with up to 50 employees and an annual turnover of less than 10 million euros.
Be up to date with tax and social security obligations.
Not having received sanctions for noncompliance in these aspects.
Not being in a situation of financial crisis
According to European regulations, companies in insolvency proceedings or with accumulated losses are not eligible for aid.
Not having exceeded the de minimis aid limit.
Aid received in the last three fiscal years must not exceed €200,000.

Who can benefit from the Consulting Kit?
The Consulting Kit is aimed at SMEs and the self-employed seeking to optimize their business processes and strategies. To be eligible, companies must meet certain requirements, such as being up to date with their tax obligations and not being in a situation of financial crisis.
What results can I expect after using the Consulting Kit?
Our clients often experience significant improvements in efficiency, profitability and decision making. Specific results depend on agreed upon focus areas and commitment to recommendations.
How much is subsidized?
The aid is non-refundable and can cover 100% of the costs, as long as they do not exceed the limits established by Red.es for each category of digital solution. The aid is not in competitive concurrence, therefore, as applications are submitted, they will be resolved favorably if the requirements to be a beneficiary are met and there is an unexecuted budget.
The aid is in the form of a digital voucher, the maximum amount of which depends on the size of the beneficiary entity. The maximum amounts of the vouchers are shown below:
- Segment I. Small companies with between 10 and less than 50 employees: 12,000 €.
- Segment II. Small or Micro companies with between 3 and less than 10 employees: 6.000 €.
- Segment III. Small or Micro enterprises with 0 to less than 3 employees and self-employed persons: 2.000 €.
In addition to the limits established for the total amount of the bonus, the maximum amounts of aid for each type of eligible solution are also limited. The following table shows the breakdown of conditions for each category of digital solution:
