Between new applications, technological advances, and constant updates, it was practically impossible to stay current without spending hours browsing different sources.

Today, 365 editions later, we can proudly say we have achieved our goal: we haven't missed a single day. An entire year of sharing, without interruption, the most relevant news from the world of AI.

The solution had to be simple: if we were already filtering and compiling this information for our own use, why not share it with other professionals facing the same challenge?

How Does It Work?

Our system combines the power of automation with careful human curation:

1. Spiders continuously crawl Reddit and Hacker News, two of the most important sources of tech news.
2. Every day at 8:00 PM, our bot presents us with a selection of the most relevant news.
3. We perform Tinder-style curation: with a simple yes or no, we select the best news of the day.
4. The AI automatically handles preparing the editions in Spanish and English.
5. The next morning, you receive the 5 most relevant AI news items.

What started as an experiment has become a stable and efficient system that has allowed us to maintain the daily pace for 365 consecutive days. These are the technologies that make our newsletter possible:

• n8n as the brain of the operation: Similar to Make or Zapier, but with the power we needed. What started as a temporary solution for rapid prototyping has proven so efficient that we haven't needed to migrate to a custom solution.
• Intelligent Agents: We have specialized agents with access to web search and scraping capabilities, allowing us to obtain information accurately and reliably.
• AI for Translations: We use artificial intelligence to automatically generate the Spanish and English editions, ensuring consistency and speed.
• Redis as the Database: We chose Redis for its speed and flexibility in handling our real-time data.
• Kubernetes Infrastructure: The entire system is hosted on one of our Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability and scalability.
