The AI Ready Seal
It is the credential Montevive grants to organizations that complete their adaptation process: visible proof, before their own clients and regulators, that their use of AI is safe, documented and legal.
The seal has a limited validity. Its renewal is sustained through step 05 of the Montevive Method, Ongoing support, and does not require hiring any additional service outside that process.
Four certification criteria
Shadow AI diagnosis completed
The organization has measured the real use of AI across its teams and knows its risks before certifying.
Documented AI usage policy and executive training delivered
A written AI usage policy exists and management has been trained on risks and responsible usage.
Active technical controls with traceability
Technical controls are in place (Moviwa or equivalent) that log and block information leaks with auditable traceability.
Current AI Act / GDPR compliance review
The AI Act and GDPR compliance review is up to date at the time the seal is issued.
