Antonio Vílchez García is compliance manager at Montevive. He leads the projects that bring organizations into line with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence and that implement AI management systems under the ISO/IEC 42001 standard, as well as the compliance review that underpins the AI Ready Seal.
His work consists of turning a legal obligation into evidence an audit can verify: an inventory of AI systems and their risk classification, a usage policy, a human oversight log, impact assessments and supplier contracts. He supports Montevive's clients in regulated sectors and with the requirements of the Esquema Nacional de Seguridad, Spain's National Security Framework, in projects with public administrations.
