José Manuel Robles, known professionally as Chema Robles, is CEO and co-founder of Montevive, the Granada-based artificial intelligence consultancy that specializes in building, auditing and certifying the use of AI in companies.

His work focuses on three fronts: assessing how AI is actually used inside organizations, which is known as Shadow AI; deploying open models on self-hosted infrastructure as an alternative to depending on US providers; and defining the AI Ready Seal, Montevive's own certification for demonstrating safe, documented use of AI.

He writes most of Montevive's editorial content, with articles on enterprise AI adoption, agent security and sovereign models. He champions AiBirras, Granada's AI community, and regularly takes part in events of the Andalusian startup ecosystem.
