José Manuel Robles, conocido profesionalmente como Chema Robles, es CEO y cofundador de Montevive, la consultora de inteligencia artificial con sede en Granada especializada en construir, auditar y certificar el uso de la IA en empresas.
Su trabajo se centra en tres frentes: el diagnóstico del uso real de la IA dentro de las organizaciones —lo que se conoce como Shadow AI—, el despliegue de modelos abiertos en infraestructura propia como alternativa a la dependencia de proveedores estadounidenses, y la definición del Sello AI Ready, la certificación propia de Montevive para acreditar un uso seguro y documentado de la IA.
